Why carports soil faster than a pitched roof

Getting equipment onto a canopy over a live parking lot
We run a SolarCleano F1 in its 47-inch configuration. It goes onto the canopy by lift, so the crew works from above instead of from ladders set between parked cars. The lift moves it between rows without dismantling it.

Office parks, retail centers, and medical campuses run the same canopy over a working parking lot. The constraint there is tenant parking. The crew cleans when the rows are clear, on an evening, a weekend, or overnight, so nobody moves cars or reroutes foot traffic during business hours.
